The End Of Fa(t)shion Feb

The End Of Fa(t)shion Feb

dress: pins & needles (via urban outfitters), jacket: new look, boots: doc marten (via my friend leish)

Sorry for the shitty quality of these photos, they were taken with my iPhone because my camera either needs new batteries or is broken. Hopefully it’s just new batteries and hopefully I’ll remember to buy some soon.

Wednesday Addams

Wednesday Addams

dress: ASOS curve, shoes: forever 21

I thought the skull was an appropriate prop since I was being called Wednesday Addams all night in this dress. Also I’ve just realised I’m a crap fashion blogger and I never remember to take close ups of my shoes/accessories anymore. I’m going to work on that. If you’re going to buy this dress I would recommend sizing down. I got a UK 20 (smallest size in ASOS curve) and I would have preferred it a bit tighter/shorter. Next time I wear it I’ll try to remember to wear some lighter coloured tights so it doesn’t all blur into a black blob.

Fa(t)shion February

Fa(t)shion February

If you follow me on tumblr you might already know that I’ve been participating in something called Fa(t)shion February (invented by jessiedress on tumblr here). You’re supposed to take a photo of your outfit every day but I’m lazy/forgetful/still don’t have internet set up at my house so I’ve missed a couple of days, I’m trying to do it as often as possible though.

Mostly my outfits have been fairly plain and boring and I’ve been using PhotoBooth a lot which is why I’ve been posting them on tumblr instead of on Fat Aus but I felt like I should update here so I thought I would post a few outfits that I’ve worn so far.

If you would like to see more photos of the babes participating in Fa(t)shion February just search ‘fa(t)shion february’ on tumblr or there is a special Fa(t)shion February tumblr here

Onesie

Onesie

onesie: asos curve, clogs: gorman, medallion thing that I turned into a necklace: op shop (but I guess originally Vegas)

So I made my first ever order to Asos on January 5th (along with orders to Evans and New Look). I moved house two weeks later and set up a redirection order for my mail. A couple of weeks later I hadn’t received any of my parcels so I contacted Asos, New Look and Evans. Asos and New Look replied within a couple of days advising that they would look into it, Evans didn’t respond at all (and so far they haven’t replied to a second email I’ve sent). I made a second Asos order on January 19th… and that order arrived today. I’m guessing there’s been some kind of mix up because of my mail redirection so I’ve been contacting Australia Post about that (apparently I have to wait “1 – 10 working days” for the parcel warehouse manager to reply to an email) but I’m really disappointed in Evans customer service.I’ve done a lot of internet shopping in my time and this is the first time I’ve ever had a bad experience so I don’t want to try and scare anyone away from buying online, I just thought I would share my experience with you guys in case anyone else was thinking about buying anything online and then moving house because it’s probably better to wait until you’re in the new house!

PS. I had a comment from Sophie that somehow disappeared (??) asking what size my onesie is – it’s a UK 20 which according to ASOS is the equivalent to a USA 16 which I think is the same as an AU 18.
